ORANI, Bataan – Sixteen graduating students from the main campus of the Bataan Peninsula State University (BPSU) will benefit from a recent signing of a memorandum of agreement (MOA) between BPSU and the Orani Suhay Foundation, Inc.
Benigno “Benny” Andres, executive director of Orani Suhay Foundation, Inc., said the agreement is for the scholarships of graduating students of BPSU main campus from the municipalities of Dinalupihan, Hermosa, Orani, Samal, Abucay and Morong.
The scholars are mostly enrolled in architecture, engineering and accounting courses. P20 thousand is allotted per student per semester. The fund will be used for the period of five years.
The MOA Signing was attended by Suhay officials namely Chairperson/President, Luz Consuelo Consunji; Vice Chair Belthecaesar De Pano; BPSU Executive Vice President Dr. Emmanuel Macaraeg; Anne May Concepcion, scholarship officer of BPSU; Rolanda Adraneda, retired COA official of this province, scholarship program director; Benny Andres and the scholars.
The DACON Group of Companies funded the said project.
