MARIVELES, Bataan – Recognized as Pag-IBIG Fund’s top developer in North and Central Luzon, FIESTA Communities, Inc. came into being in 2007 with the prime idea of providing decent and affordable homes for the Filipino working class.
Wilfredo M. Tan, President and Chief Executive Officer of Hausland Development Corporation envisioned the creation of FIESTA Communities in response to the ballooning demand for housing.
As a kick off to this advocacy, FIESTA launched its first residential development in Porac in 2008. It has since developed seventeen master planned communities in Pampanga, Tarlac, Zambales and Bataan that is home to more than 20,000 families.
CELEBRATING THE FIESTA WAY
FIESTA Communities celebrated its tenth founding anniversary with a load of year-long festivity with various activities that include Paligasa FIESTA (Basketball Exhibition Game),Palarong FIESTA (Native Filipino Games), Sagala de Mayo (Sta. Cruzan), Miss FIESTA Communities 2018 (Beauty Pageant), Likhang FIESTA (Shortfilm, Poster and Photo contest) , FIESTAnghalan Online Sayawan (Online Dance Competiton), Kasal, KasaliKa-FIESTA (Community Mass Wedding).
All stakeholders, employees, and all the people behind the ten-year success of FIESTA Communities graced the culminating Gala Night with the theme “Paskong FIESTA, IisangPamilya” at Laus Group Event Center, City of San Fernando last November 2018.
