Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office Pampanga Branch Manager Ma. Lourdes Soliman has been conferred with the Sangguniang Panlungsod Resolution No. 136 declaring her as an adopted daughter of Mabalacat City.
City Mayor Marino Morales awarded the resolution during the flag raising ceremony on Monday at Mabalacat City Hall, Xevera, Tabun.
Soliman has donated an ambulance and provided various medical assistance to the residents of this city.
