According to Soliman, the financial assistance was made possible through the Endowment Fund Program of the PCSO.

Among the recipients of the said assistance are Domingo B. Flores District Hospital, Dr. Andres J. Luciano District Hospital, Jose Songco Lapid District Hospital, San Luis District Hospital, Escolastica Romero District Hospital, Mabalacat District Hospital, Romana Pangan District Hospital, and Dr. Emigdio C. “Actually, sampo ‘yan.

She also thanked the provincial government for its unwavering support to all the projects and activities of the PCSO.
