PDEA wins drug case in Bataan

BALANGA CITY – The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA Bataan) has recently won a drug related case at the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 96, Dinalupihan under Presiding Judge, Hon. Amelita Corpuz.

In a report from PDEA Bataan, last April 10, 2018, the court rendered a decision against Grace Sevilleno of Caloocan City (drug courier), accused of Violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 or the Republic Act 9165, for selling and for the possession of methamphetamine hydrochloride popularly known as “shabu.”

The accused will suffer a life imprisonment for selling of shabu and another 12-14 yrs for illegal possession.

Agent Al Martin Pallada acted as buyer and investigator while Police Office 2 (PO2) Cheryll Baladhay of Hermosa Municipal Police Station (MPS) as arresting officer.

The case was filed on December 20, 2017.
