Opposition Councilor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. chats with Angelito Genuino, or known to many Angeleños as “Lolo Pops,” during his visit at the Tigtigan Terakan Keng Delan last October 27.
Lazatin was moved to see to see Lolo Pops walking and selling his famous colorful lollipops inside the TTKD event venue despite being a senior citizen.
Lazatin is known for his high regards to senior citizens and actively advocates and supports programs that would promote their health and wellness.
