PrimeWater boosts water supply to Subic residents

Subic, Zambales – Primewater Infrastructure Corp. opened its new facility in Brgy. San Isidro on 01 July 2021.The newly built San Isidro Booster Station will increase the water supply of PrimeWater Subic.

During the strict, invitation-only event, PrimeWater Operations Head Cezar Ong emphasized the

importance of the San Isidro Booster Station and the need for water as an essential resource during

this time of COVID-19 pandemic. We support our PrimeWater Subic Branch for all their efforts in improving the lives of Subic residents.

PrimeWater Subic Branch Manager Ruby Quisay also discussed the improvements made in PrimeWater’s operations in Subic according to Ms. Quisay, the San Isidro Booster Station will benefit five (5) barangays, namely, Naugsol, San isidro, Sto Tomas, Matain, and Calapcuan.

After the ceremonial opening of the facility, another Primewater Subic project was inaugurated. The Mangan Vaca 6 Pumping Station which started its operations last January 2021 was opened as part of  Subic Water District’s anniversary celebration.

The Mangan Vaca 6 Pumping Station provides 500,000 liters of waters per day to 2,000 households in Barangays Mangan-Vaca, Ilwas, Asinan, Poblacion, Wawandue, Baraca-Camachile, and Calapandayan. Not only does it provide additional water supply, but the pumpimg station also helps increase water pressure in said areas.

According to PrimeWater Management, these improvements in Subic are just the beginning. More than a year into the pandemic, we are now moving faster and exerting efforts to  ensure that Subic and its residents will benefit from the services of Primewater.
