This renowned restaurant owned by Seng Desierto has been a favorite among food enthusiasts in the City of San Fernando and Floridablanca for 15 years. It’s new spot at the rooftop of ELTI Building in Malabanias exudes an air of sophistication and charm adorned with twinkling fairy lights. The dimly lit dining area sets the venue for spectacular view of the horizon and night skies. 

More than the ambience, R&T stands out for the cuisine itself. The menu continues to celebrate the restaurant’s commitment to using farm-to-table ingredients. Diners will be treated to a symphony of flavors that pay homage to both Kapampangan and Filipino cuisines. The expanded wine and cocktail list complements the al fresco setup perfectly, allowing diners to enjoy a little booze. Their venue, which can cater up to 70 pax, also accepts reservations for intimate gatherings.
