Staff from SM City Clark (SMCK) recently joined Brigada Eskwela 2018, a yearly bayanihan movement led by the Department of Education before a new school year starts.
SMCK’s Human Resource Department staff including staff from the Mall Operations Department and Customer Relations Services Department helped teachers at the Mabalacat City Community College by doing some minor repairs, painting and cleaning up at the school’s surroundings.
The mall’s personnel were led by SMCK assistant mall manager Ryan Pamintuan.
Pamintuan said they joined Brigada Eskwela to encourage their personnel to give out their effort and time to practice bayanihan as part of the mall’s corporate social responsibility.
Brigada Eskwela aims to encourage the government and the civil society to work together in preparing public schools for the opening of classes in June.
