‘Soup kitchen’ for street children

Some 50 rescued street children in the City of San Fernando receive food and gift packs from Mayor Edwin ‘EdSa’ Santiago and the City Social Welfare and Development Office, headed by Iris Biliwang, on Friday, November 11 . The activity dubbed ‘Soup Kitchen for the street children’ is in line with the city’s celebration of Children’s month
and was realized through the partnership of Philippine National Police and Soroptimist Pampanga.
