Opposition Councilor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. attends the State of the Barangay Address of Cutud Barangay Captain Joen June Ferraris last October 14.
Lazatin commended members of the Barangay Council headed by Barangay Captain Ferraris for implementing worthy projects and program for his constituents.
He also expressed his gratitude to Cutud residents for their continued support to the Lazatins.
