TARLAC CITY — The Office of Tarlac Third District Representative Noel Villanueva provided assorted goods to barangays in the towns of Concepcion, Capas, Bamban and La Paz.
“Each barangay received 50 pieces of live chicken and 40 trays of eggs on top of the approximately 3,000 sacks of 50-kilogram rice proportionately distributed to the third district barangays,” Villanueva disclosed.
Moreover, the solon’s office distributed 50 sets of personal protective equipment, 10 boxes of surgical masks and 4 gallons of alcohol to the medical frontliners.
“This is my own little way of providing for my constituents and medical frontliners in our fight against this deadly coronavirus disease (COVID-19),” he noted.
Meanwhile, the lawmaker reminded every Tarlaqueño to adhere to the guidelines being implemented by the government to mitigate the spread of COVID-19.
“All of us should follow what the government is telling us to do. This is for our own safety as we are fighting an invisible enemy,” he stressed.
