BALANGA CITY — A dead teenaged boy was found hanging under a bridge in Balanga City, Friday morning (November 1).
In an initial report from the PNP, the victim was identified as Justine Malinao, 16, a resident of Orion, Bataan.
According to various sources, the victim has been allegedly being used by a robbery syndicate who is said to be responsible to some reported theft and robbery incidents in the province.
The local police are still conducting a deeper investigation on the said crime.
