Philippines richest man, former Senate President Manuel “Manny” Villar and Clark’s primemover & current Chairman of Clark Investors and Locators Association (CILA), Dr. Irineo “Bong” Alvaro, bumped into each other at a fancy restaurant inside Evia Mall Alabang, recently. Back then, the latter was the executive director during Villar’s presidential run. Today, they still highly respect each other and their closeness is beyond politics as they both enjoy the gift of friendship.
