Lubao Mayor Mylyn P. Cayabyab and Vice Mayor Robertito V. Diaz lead the ‘Pay-out of Training Allowances’ of 81 trainees for Language Skills and Call Center Fundamentals Training, Bread and Pastry Production (NCII) and Dress Making on August 23 at the Municipal Hall. The Municipality of Lubao expresses gratitude to the Provincial Government of Pampanga headed by Governor Lilia G. Pineda for providing allowances to the trainees.
