Travel + Leisure Co. celebrates 5 years in the Philippines, offers more employment opportunities in Clark

Commencing operations with five employees in 2016 to 500 employees in 2022, Travel + Leisure Co. has marked a significant milestone of reaching five years of growth and success in the Philippines.

Travel + Leisure Co. is the world’s leading membership and leisure travel company, with nearly 20 travel brands across its resort, travel club, and lifestyle portfolio. The company provides outstanding vacation experiences and travel inspiration to millions of owners, members, and subscribers every year through its products and services.

After a year of operating a small business services office in Clark, the company built its own building and operated as Wyndham Destinations. The company acquired the Travel + Leisure brand and changed its name to Travel + Leisure Co. in 2022. The Clark operations now serve as a global support center for multiple business arms of Travel + Leisure Co.

The company initially invested PhP300 million, including PhP243 million in assets and infrastructure for its facility in the Clark Freeport Zone. As the business continues to grow and expand in Clark, the company invests over PhP330 million annually. In 2021, the company paid local salaries and benefits of more than PhP205 million plus a further PhP125 million to local suppliers for services and supplies.

The office offers over 35 job positions and counting as the business operations continue to expand.

The thriving service center provides customer service to over 3.7 million RCI members and 830,000 Wyndham Destinations timeshare owners worldwide.

As a global support team, the Clark office contributes to critical business functions such as business administration, HR, payroll, finance, information technology, operations, and brand communications. The operation also includes customer-centric expertise, including club owner and member services, customer experience, customer care, owner enhancement, corporate marketing, consumer finance, inventory and exchange, and social media.
