As part of the Labor Day celebrations, government executives led by DOTr Sec Art Tugade visited the workers at New Clark City where government offices and facilities for SEAgames are being rushed. NCC has about 6,000 workers and may even increase to finish the PHASE 1A of NCC which stands at 70 percent complete. Tugade is joined by BCDA President Vince Dizon and CDC President Noel F. Manankil.
