Mabalacat City government employees received roses and chocolates from the local officials here though the Mabalacat City Government Employees Associaton headed by Engineer Rod de Leon on Tuesday at City Hall, Xevera in celebration of Valentine’s Day. Morales with Councilors Bok Tiglao and Dan Bayani serenaded the employees to the tune of ‘One in a Million You’, “Always’ and ‘My Love will See You Through’. “Love when you are ready not when you are lonely. Remember that I love you all unconditionally,” the local chief executive said.
