Guagua, Pampanga — Over 1,200 students from Guagua received financial assistance through the Educational Financial Assistance Program (EFAP) of the Pampanga Provincial Government, led by Vice Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda.
The program provides essential support to students facing financial challenges, helping them continue their education and build a better future.

“Education should never stop because of lack of funds,” said Vice Governor Pineda. “This assistance is an investment in our youth and in the province’s future.”
Vice Gov. Pineda led the distribution with Mayor Anthony Joseph Torres, Vice Mayor Jun Lim, Board Member Sajid Eusoof, and representatives from the Provincial Treasurer’s Office and Provincial Library headed by Jasmine Cordero.

Mayor Torres thanked the Provincial Government for its continued support, saying the assistance gives students not just financial help but hope and motivation to keep studying.

“Programs like EFAP remind our youth that the community believes in their potential,” Mayor Torres said.
Through EFAP, the Capitol reaffirms its commitment to accessible education and to empowering every Kapampangan youth to reach their dreams.
