Shooters in Central Luzon participate in the PCSupt Aaron N. Aquino 1st PRO3 RD’s Cup Level 3 PSMOC at the TSCI Firing Range in Sitio Molave, San Isidro, Tarlac City on Thursday, November 24. Sultan Kudarat 1st District Congressman Suharto Mangudadatu attended the shootfest as guest of honor during the opening ceremony. The proceeds will be used to support the construction of Bahay Pagbabago Reformation Center at Camp Olivas, in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
