30-day payment extension for PLDT, Smart, Sun postpaid customers

Postpaid customers of PLDT and its wireless arm Smart Communications Inc (Smart) can now avail themselves of a 30-day payment extension period amid the COVID-19 outbreak.

Customers of PLDT Home, PLDT Enterprise, Smart and Sun postpaid can look forward to continued service with no redirection for 30 days from their due date.

“This is to help our customers stay connected with their families and loved ones during these difficult times,” said Ramon R. Isberto, PLDT-Smart Public Affairs head.

“We also hope that this will enable them to stay productive while working and studying from home and stay updated with the latest information about Covid-19,” Isberto added.

Earlier, Smart also provided free access to key government sources such as the Department of Health (DOH)’s tracking site https://ncovtracker.doh.gov.ph, the PHIVOLCS website (www.phivolcs.dost.gov.ph), and the official websites of National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) and Philippine Information Agency for Smart, Sun and TNT customers.
