ANGELES CITY — Some 3,228 Angeleño boys, aged 10 and above, underwent free circumcision from the program of Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr.

This program was launched by Mayor Lazatin to cater to the needs of Angeleños, especially the indigents.

“Nais po nating matulungan ang mga magulang sa mga pangangailangan ng kanilang mga anak, kaya naman po inilunsad natin ang operation libreng tuli,” Lazatin said.

Out of the 3,228 — 351 kids had their free circumcision in RHU 1; 837 in RHU 2; 443 in RHU 3; 545 in RHU 4; 407 in RHU 5; and 655 in RHU 6.

The said beneficiaries also received their after care kits.
