6.8 million shabu confiscated, 2 Chinese nationals arrested

Sta. Maria, Bulacan – A P6,800,000 worth of shabu was seized from two Chinese nationals and a Filipino residing at Blk 78 Lot 3-4 St. Mary Village 5A Northville Barangay Caysio midnight on Tuesday. July 7.Joint elements of Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Regional Office 3 (PDEA ROIII) Bulacan , PDEA-National Capital Region (NCR) and Sta Maria Municipal police Station (MPS) led the arrests which led to the confiscation of an estimated one kilo of shabu.

PDEA Director General Wilkins Villanuava identified the suspects as ZhiCheng Lu known as “Atse” and Feiyue Shi both Chinese nationals, and a Filipina named Elgine “Inday” Monzaga.

Also confiscated from the suspects were a one unit Cherry mobile; one unit Toyota Camry and car key; one BIR Identification Card and one Chinese Passport.

The three will face charges for violation of RA 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002
