MACABEBE, Pampanga – The provincial government has temporarily closed the Domingo V. Flores District Hospital due to floodwaters inundating the facility, officials announced Wednesday, July 23.
“Lubhang naapektuhan ang buong ospital, at inuuna ng Pamahalaang Panlalawigan ang kaligtasan ng mga pasyente at medical staff,” the Capitol said in a statement, citing the worsening flood situation.

Patients in need of medical assistance are advised to proceed to Jose B. Lingad Memorial General Hospital (JBLMGH) in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
To expand emergency healthcare access, the Department of Health and JBLMGH have also set up a Type 1 Fixed Emergency Medical Facility at the Sto. Tomas Evacuation Center, which will be operated by the Philippine Emergency Medical Assistance Team–Luzon.

The move is part of broader provincial efforts to provide uninterrupted medical care amid widespread flooding affecting multiple areas across Pampanga.
