PAMPANGA, Philippines – Bacolor Vice Mayor Ron Dungca was elected as the new president of the Vice Mayors’ League of the Philippines–Pampanga Chapter during the league’s elections on August 1.
Dungca, along with other newly elected officers, took their oath before Department of the Interior and Local Government–Pampanga director Myra B. Moral-Soriano.
Joining Dungca in the 2025–2028 term are Vice President Rondon Mercado (Minalin), Secretary-General Marcos Castro Jr. (Mabalacat City), Treasurer Pedro Nucom (Apalit), Auditor Benjamin Lim Jr. (Guagua), and PRO Jay Montemayor (Lubao).
Dungca urged unity among Pampanga’s vice mayors, vowing to strengthen the league’s role in local governance.
