
City of San Fernando, Pampanga — As the 454th Aldo ning Kapampangan officially opens, the Provincial Government of Pampanga reaffirmed its commitment to inclusive governance by recognizing and extending assistance to various sectors of society.
Under the administration of Governor Lilia “Nanay” Pineda and Vice Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda, the province continues to uphold the principle that everyone is equal, valued, and seen. In line with this vision, the opening of Aldo ning Kapampangan was marked with meaningful programs for Kapampangans from all walks of life.

A total of 129 residents received ₱4.6 million in financial assistance for medical expenses, helping ease the burden on families facing health challenges.
In recognition of longevity and life contributions, 21 senior citizens aged 95 and above were granted ₱100,000 each as a one-time cash incentive pursuant to Ordinance No. 683 (Centenarian Act of Pampanga).

Education support remained a priority as 95 Aeta Scholars were given ₱5,000 each in educational assistance to help meet their academic needs.
The province also celebrated academic excellence as 77 Kapampangan board passers from various professions received a combined total of approximately ₱959,000 in incentives. Among the awardees was Mike Ronnel Castro, CPA, who topped the board examination and received ₱25,000 in recognition of his outstanding achievement.

Barangay officials, Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), and senior citizens were likewise acknowledged, underscoring the Provincial Government’s continuing support for every sector of society.
The first day of December not only signals the start of Pampanga Day and the Christmas season, it also serves as a reminder that in Pampanga, no one is left behind.
Through the leadership of Governor Nanay, the values of care, compassion, and recognition remain at the heart of provincial governance.
