The City Government of San Fernando through its City Human Resources and Development Office conducted a three-day seminar on Supervisory Development Course Track 2 on November 27-29 at the Orchids Garden.
The said seminar was participated by some division chiefs of the city that aims to enhance their supervisory and leadership competency to build and lead an effective performance management.
