Some 50 unemployed Mabalaqueños benefit from the free livelihood training and seminar on domestic appliance, cellular phone, laptop, & computer repair held at Barangay Mabiga recently.
The skills training is a project of the Angeles City-Clark-Balibago Lions Club headed by its president Anthony Angeles, former president Sol Flores Jr. in coordination with the Mabalacat City Multi Sectoral Alliance Coordinator Mr. Gerry Dayrit with his staff Vidal, Busa, Rommel Mallari , Rolly Revolledo and Teofilo Bondoc.
“The beneficiaries are those who are not qualified to attend formal technical-vocational courses owing to age, disability, or educational background,” Flores said.
After the training course, repair tools and equipment were distributed for them to immediately start working. –Larrica Angela Cunanan
