Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda leads the opening ceremonies of the Universities and Colleges Athletic Association of Pampanga (UCAAP) Inter-Secondary and Inter-Collegiate Basketball Tournament on Saturday.
Governor Delta tosses the ball to officially start the third season on Saturday, August 25 at the Bren Z Guiao Convention Center. Some 27 teams from the Junior and Seniors Division will compete for this year’s UCAAP title. This year’s winner will represent the province in the Philippine Collegiate Champions’ League (PCCL) tournament.
