ORANI, Bataan — Combined units of the Bataan PNP and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA Bataan) headed by Agent Marlou Ordoña, have arrested PDEA’s Top 9 high value target (HVT) in this province last Saturday in Barangay Parang Parang here.
In a report, Ordoña identified the arrested person as Alexander Postilos, 28, a resident of Barangay Tugatog, also of this town.
According to PDEA, Postilos’ style of drug transactions involve door to door delivery of illegal drugs. Confiscated during the operation were 6 pieces small heat sealed plastic sachets containing crystal meth or shabu weighing more or less 3 grams with street value of P10,000, an Android cellular phone, and P1000 marked money.
“Ang style po dito door to door delivery. Siya mismo nagdadala sa bahay o lugar ng customer nya galit itong motorsiklo nya,” Ordoña told newsmen.
Postilos was the subject of PDEA Bataan’s almost a month of surveillance in three Orani villages including Barangay Mulawin.
Punong Barangay (village chief) Marvin Dela Cruz of Mulawin, who is a known avid supporter of President Duterte’s war on drugs, also joined PDEA in the said buy-bust operation.
Cases of Violations of Sections 5 and 11 of the Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 were filed against the suspect.
