An elementary school teacher was arrested Monday afternoon, by combined forces of Hermosa Police and village officials of Barangay Bacong, Hermosa, Bataan.
In his report, Hermosa PNP Chief, Police Major Jeffrey Onde, identified the arrested suspect as Ramil Cajurao, 45, grade 5 teacher in Bacong Elementary School and a resident of Barangay Zamora, Dinalupihan, Bataan.
Major Onde said Barangay Bacong Punong Barangay Enrique Diwa personally brought the suspect to the Hermosa Police Station after a 10-year-old female victim complained against Cajurao who allegedly kissed her and touched her private parts inside a comfort room of their school.
The victim upon going home informed her mother about the incident that transpired at around 3p.m. this Monday.
The mother immediately reported the incident to their village chief that led to the suspect’s immediate arrest.
A case of Acts of Lasciviousness in Relation to Republic Act 7610or Child Abuse Law is being prepared against the suspect who is now presently detained at the Hermosa Police Station.
