A joy that is shared, is a joy made double.
Over the years of travelling around the globe, I was fortunate enough to gather not only knowledge but as well as good friends who eventually became like families.
Last week, my Indian Jyotisha (astrologer) friend – Shree Nivasan, messaged me, about the famous Covid-19 experts in Nanavati Hospital in India, namely, doctor Ansari and doctor Limaye. Since there is no vaccine available yet in the market, these two talented doctors, came up with a simple four step – Ayurvedic medicine (ancient & natura) formula, which delivered positive outcome to VCovid-19 patients, who eventually recovered) and to those in quarantine (suspected corona virus carriers).
The Four Steps:
A cup of warm water with a half slice of fresh lemon juice (calamansi could be an alternative choice), given every 3 hour intervals.
Mix 2 spoons of dry ginger, 1 spoon jaggery (sugarcane sugar) and 2-3 spoons of ghee or clarified butter (use virgin coconut oil as an alternative), put them in a blender machine. After, make small balls like candies, and suck on them, three times a day. It is ideal for the respiratory system and it detoxifies.
Mix half teaspoon of turmeric powder to a 200 ml warm milk – goat’s milk is the best if not available, cow’s milk is good. Take it 3 times a day, morning, noon and night. It is an armor against coronavirus.
Face steam (cover your face and close your eyes), do this 1-2 times a day, for 10 minutes. It will cleanse the breath pathways, delivers smoother breathing flow.
These treatment is now being applied to most hospitals and households in India. It is highly recommended to those who wants to boost their body’s immunity and can be applied to other dis-eases which are similar in nature.
Supplemental habits like midday sun exposure for 15 minutes, water hydration, consuming 2-3 servings of fruits and vegetables a day, regular exercise, positive thinking, quiet time, spending time with nature, are ideal practices – for an assurance of a good, healthy, happy and quality life.
It is quite obvious that Nature is truly our savior, yet we still look the other way…
Be Awake. Choose well. Live well.
Namaste.
Peace and Light
