CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga — The national leadership of Philippine National Police (PNP) recognized the Police Regional Office 3’s Rektang Bayanihan Adopt a Family initiative.
It received the Special Unit Award for exemplary contribution to the PNP’s Kapwa Ko, Sagot Ko program during the culmination of the 25th Police Community Relations Month.
In a statement, Police Regional Director PBGen. Rhodel Sermonia said a total of 250,751 families regionwide including the indigents who were severely affected by the implementation of the Community Quarantine has benefitted from this drive of PRO 3.
“As we continue to reach our communities, I renew my appeal to all our kind-hearted and well-meaning kababayans to help provide for the less fortunate or most vulnerable sectors in every barangay thru Rektang Bayanihan,” Sermonia added.
