A Certificate of Recognition for Excellence in Public Service was awarded to Cesar Y. Magat (in absentia) by Minalin Municipal Mayor, Vice Mayor Ed Flores and Edgar Yambao, during the recognition night held recently in the town plaza.
Mr. Magat is now based in Toronto, Canada.
