Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) Central Luzon Director Florida M. Dijan has bagged the 1st Tatag ng Agila (Capacity Development Leadership Award) in recognition of her outstanding performance and contribution in advancing the DILG principles in pursuit of good local governance.
The DILG recognized the outstanding performance of its personnel and units across regions during the Capacity Development Awards for Catalysts of Excellence (CapDev ACE) Awards Night on December 16, 2016 at the Manila Hotel.
Certificate of Commendations were also given to DILG Region 3 finalists who displayed exceptional efforts in the delivery of capacity development programs, projects and activities.
Among those given commendations include LGOO VI Jose Algy B. Canlas for “Dangal ng Kagawaran”(People’s Choice Award); DILG Pampanga for “Bugkos ng Bayan” (Most Outstanding Province); and the Local Governance Regional Resource Center III (LGRRC III) for “Ugnay ng Mamamayan” (Most Outstanding LGRRC).
