CAMP OLIVAS — After having complied with the requirements for the initiation, compliance and proficiency stages, the Police Regional Office 3 is now geared towards completing the final “institutionalization stage” of the Performance Governance System (PGS).
The PRO3 underwent public revalida on Wednesday at the PRO3 Patrol Hall, Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
PRO3 Director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr. has presented a 30-minute accomplishments of the Central Luzon police and its regional advisory group for Police Transformation and Development before the Board of Panel headed by Deputy Chief PNP for Administration Lt. Gen. Rhodelo Sermonia.
The PGS is a tool for good governance which helps the organization to focus on strategy and manage its effective implementation.
PRO3 is confident that it will pass the institutionalization evaluation process and will be conferred the institutionalization status and ultimately get the “Gold Eagle Award.”
Among the panelists were CPSM Director Brig. Gen. Victor Arevalo; CPSM deputy director Col. Ercy Nanette Madriaga; and NAGPTD headed by retired Brig. Gen. Noel Barraceros.
