An American national who has a standing warrant for serious illegal detention was arrested on Thursday in Angeles City, Pampanga.
The suspect was identified as Aaron Troy Rogers, 37, of Apt K 115 Narciso Street, Bgy. Malabanias, Angeles City.
A tracker team from the Police Station 4 served the warrant issued by Angeles City RTC Branch 61 against Rogers for serious illegal detention or violation of RA 7438.
