TWO men barged into a neighbor’s house on Sunday, hacked one dead and injured two others in CSJDM, Bulacan.
The Bulacan police identified the fatality as Victorino Bubos, 44; while those hurt were Glen Vincent Bubos, 20, and Janelou Lomboy,18.
They are all residents of Phase 2, Sec.14, Pabahay 2000, Bgy. Muzon South, CSJDM.
The suspects were Christian Pitogo, a merchandiser, who was arrested after the incident; and alias “Dennis,” who escaped.
Police were told the suspects are resting inside their house when the two suspects forcibly entered the residence.
Pitogo, who was armed with a jungle bolo, repeatedly hacked Victorino.
When Vincent and Jenelou tried to intervene, Dennis stabbed the two with a knife.
Some concerned citizens sought assistance from the barangay tanods. Responding tanods saw the hacking incident and immediately arrested Pitogo while the other suspect escaped.
All the victims were rushed to the Ospital ng Lungsod ng San Jose Del Monte but Victorino was declared dead upon arrival.
The suspect was later turned over to the CSJDM police and a follow up is being conducted to arrest the other fleeing suspect.
