Construction workers continue work on the much-vaunted ‘Abacan Loop’, which is geared to ease traffic along the McArthur Highway particularly the Abacan-Balibago portion. The ‘Abacan Loop’ is expected to relieve the heavy traffic condition being experienced in Angeles City, now one of the most progressive cities in Central Luzon.
