The Angeles City Police Office (ACPO) arrested a ‘high value target’ on Tuesday evening and recovered shabu worth P379,000.
PCol Joyce Patrick Sangalang, ACPO City Director, identified the suspect as Jeffrey Salas, 41 years old, single, of 093 JP Laurel St., Barangay Virgen Delos Remedios, Angeles City. Also recovered from Salas is one Caliber 25 pistol with seven ammunitions, weighing scale and the P500 marked money.
Sangalang said Salas was arrested during a buy-bust operations under the supervision of PMajor Dickson Tolentino, Station 1 Commander. Salas reportedly sold shabu to the poseur-buyer.
The recovered shabu weighs 55.74 grams and has a street value of P379,032.
Charges of illegal possession of firearms and illegal drugs are now being readied against Salas.
