CAMP OLIVAS — A 61-year-old American fugitive was arrested in Angeles City on Wednesday.
Angeles City police commander Col. Rommel Batangan said his men arrested Nickolas Gabriel Pyant at his residence at C10, Clarkview Residence on Atis St. corner Sampaguita St., Clarkview Subd., in Bgy. Malabanias, Angeles City.
Pyant has standing warrants of arrest for 18 counts of violation RA 9208 as amended by RA 10364 and another 18 counts for violation of RA 7610 issued by Judge Gemma Theresa Hilario-Logronio of Olongapo City, Zambales dated Family Court.
“May this send a strong message to all those who continue to evade the law. Regardless of who you are, Central Luzon is not a sanctuary for fugitives and lawless elements,” De Leon said.
