Reign Sebastian Vergara of Angeles City emerges as Grand Slam Champion in the Boys 12 and Under Swimming Division during the Batang Pinoy National Championships 2023.
Now on his second Batang Pinoy stint, Vergara bagged a total of 4 medals for 50m. Butterfly – Gold; 50m. Freestyle – Bronze; 100m. Freestyle – Bronze; and 50m. Backstroke – Bronze.
Vergara has garnered the most number of medals any athlete from the Angeles City delegation as of today – December 21, 2023.
