This was the title of Aqua Planet’s neon-themed grand reopening party on Saturday.
Aqua Planet staged a VIP party at its wave pool area in celebration of its grand reopening and upgraded attractions.
Guests to the reopening ceremonies include 200 foreign diplomats from various Association of Southeast Asian Nation (ASEAN) countries, national and local media, and corporate partners.
The program started with a ribbon-cutting ceremony led by Dr. Irineo “Bong” Alvaro Jr., president of BB International Leisure and Resort Development, and Simon Chiang, general manager (GM) of Aqua Planet alongside esteemed VIP guests.

The reopening ceremonies was hosted by Vince Velasco of ABS-CBN Lifestyle. The party was filled with digital presentation on a 600-inch LED TV, breathtaking circus performances by Formosa Circus from Taiwan, live DJ set by DJ Nix Damn P, scrumptious party eats, socials, and a whole afternoon swimming and sliding at the bigger and better water park.
“Aqua Planet is now open, more beautiful, and much amazing. It is fun. It is total entertainment. It is international,” Alvaro said during his welcome speech.
Newly-appointed General Manager Simon Jiang remarked Aqua Planet promises nothing but bigger and better #WatermazingExperience in this new season. He also expressed his gratitude to all guests for their continuous support adding that he “looks forward to hearing ‘wide smiles and happy screams’ from them.”
