Opposition Councilor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. together with his father, Carmelo “Tarzan” Lazatin, former Angeles City Mayor and Representative of the 1st District Pampanga, join city officials and barangay Pampang officials in the Awarding of land titles for the residents of Purok 4 and 5 at the Barangay Pampang, Angeles City on January 15, 2018 at the Pampang covered court. The former mayor implemented a genuine urban poor housing project, which benefited some 15,000 families from 1999 to 2007.
