Opposition Councilor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. hands emergency kits, trash cans and light bulbs to school officials of Sapalibutad Elementary School led by their Officer-In-Charge Allan R. Traquiña last May 19 as his contribution to the nationwide Brigada Eskwela program of the Department of Education.
