The City Government of San Fernando, represented by City Administrator Engr. Fernando Limbitco, City Local Government Operations Officer Engr. Jose Algy Canlas and City Accountant Ma. Gisel Rivera, on November 16 convened with other local government units and national agencies in the province for the Central Luzon Regional Poverty Reduction Action Team (CL-RPRAT) summit. It was hosted by the Department of Interior and Local Government to discuss and update various BUB (Bottom-up budgeting) projects of the LGUs under the concerned agencies for F.Y. 2014-2016.
