Pampanga businessman Bong “Tatay Bong” Pineda hosted a friendly billiards exhibition at Pradera Verde, featuring 71years old Filipino pool legend Efren “Bata” Reyes and 15-year-old rising talent Jonel “Prince” Delos Santos of Calantas, Florida Blanca.
Played in a race-to-19 format, the match drew interest for its clash between experience and youth. Reyes ultimately prevailed over Delos Santos, relying on his trademark precision, patience, and deep understanding of the game to secure the victory.
Despite the loss, Delos Santos impressed spectators with his composure and shot-making against one of the sport’s most celebrated figures, reinforcing his reputation as a promising young player.
