Century Properties, Mitsubishi Corp. unveils P1.6B Phirst Park Homes Pandi

Joint venture of Century Properties Group Inc and Mitsubishi Corporation recently launched its P1.6 billion PHirst Park Homes Inc. (PPHI) – the affordable housing units at the 11 hectares of land in Pandi, Bulacan.

Out of the planned 18 hectares of Pandi project 11 hectares were unveiled with an initial P1.6-billion inventory of the planned P2.9 billion in total sales revenues. The project is a follow up to the success of PHirst’s first three communities in Tanza, Cavite; Lipa, Batangas; and San Pablo, Laguna which has sold 3,800 homes worth P6.4 billion as of August 2019.

With the addition of the Pandi project, PHirst Park Homes’ footprint now covers 75.2 hectares and 7,908 units, worth P3.3 billion.

Located near the Pandi Municipal Hall and Immaculate Conception Parish, PHirst Park Homes Pandi is also accessible via the Santa Maria Pandi Road from the Bocaue or Balagtas exits of the North Luzon Expressway.
