Officials from Zhangjiajie City, Hunan Province, China visited the City of San Fernando for their benchmarking activity on March 13.
They were welcomed by Mayor Edwin “Edsa” Santiago together with Vice Mayor Jimmy Lazatin, City Councilor Reden Halili, City Human Resource Development Officer Rachelle Yusi and the City Tourism Office.
The purpose of their visitation is to know the best practices of the City of San Fernando in terms of business, tourism and education management.
The Chinese officials planned and proposed a sister city partnership between the City of San Fernando by an educational exchange, wherein a Fernandino student may have the chance to study and experience the education system in China.
