CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga — Police Regional Office 3 launched its Food Bank project initially meant to collect food for families severely affected by the Enhanced Community Quarantine.

“We have partnered with national government agencies, private companies and other stakeholders to facilitate the cycle of food donations,” Police Regional Director PBGen. Rhodel Sermonia said.

Donations of non-perishable and much needed food items are systematically categorized and stored in available spaces which are in close proximity to evacuation centers within the region.

“We hope to raise tons of food to distribute to our communities who are doing it tough these trying times and we encourage everyone to make a difference by participating in this project,” Sermonia added.
